I started a new town and obviously cyrus isnt unlocked. I have 50 pieces of furnature catalogued and 10 pieces of clothing. I ended up selling 100,000 bells to retail also, but cyrus hasnt woken up.
The thing is, I TTed backwards from the day I started the game (ex. I founded the town on August 14th, but I TTed back to february) I played for at least 7 days starting from february... does this affect the time he woke up, because I know it has to be 7 days after you started, but i'm technically playing before I started
