Question about Clerk's Shirt/

Hey.
So, I was in McDonalds the other day. Yum yum! Okay, not the point.
So, I was there and I saw the Nintendo Zone light up (I'm in England)
I went on Animal Crossing and went to the ask for a gift in the post office.

I got this.
Now, It says Japanese DLC... What set is it from? Wtf? Why did I get a Japanese DLC?
I knew it wasn't the recent Nintendo Zone item, but... It's weirding me out.

I did get that in a McDonalds in Japan, it could be because of Nintendo Zone's that were put in your store are from japan? I'm not sure

Clerk shirt has also been leaked (or released) in PAL regions, which is mostly Europe.

I got it too (I'm in Germany). Since I'm using my own router for Nintendo Zone items, I'm pretty sure it's the EU Nintendo Zone item.

I just checked and I also got it (Europe). Could it be that we're now getting the 7/11 items?! It is a 7/11 shirt, isn't it? The colours look right, at least.

No idea if the clerk's shirt was meant to go with anything. It's re-orderable, at least, so no-one needs to stress out about it.

It's now available from Nintendo of America as the monthly download- that and the rice plant bed from Nintendo Zone. @dropinthebucket, you just got it, because NOA just made it available this month- and it is NOT part of the 7/11 set.
