Question about campsite!

Soooo Marshal is in my campsite today... I have 10 villagers... Can someone from another town come to my town and convince him to move to their town?

Ohh nooooo! :'( I would have just given him away for someone to adopt! Even if I had space I don't know if I would take him in though... I don't exactly understand why he's so popular... He looks super angry!

That's sad though. :c I wish we could recruit from other people's campsites.
