Okay, I've been looking for Stitches and Rosie amiibo cards on eBay for what seems like forever now. I've managed to find the festival variants of their cards. I'm just wondering, do the amiibo festival cards work the same way in New Leaf as the regular amiibo cards? I'm not too fussed about having the cards for collector's purposes, I just want Stitches and Rosie to move in to my town as they would with regular cards.

They work exactly the same. The only difference is the picture on the physical card.

I would suggest just buying whichever version of Stitches and Rosie are cheapest if you don't care about collecting.

Thanks, I think I'll just buy them as they're quite cheap and come as a pack. I was bidding on a regular Rosie card but lost out as the price eventually hit ?15 which I thought was excessive for one card...
