QR codes? When and how?

Hi, I've been seeing a lot of people talking about making/sharing QR codes.
How/when can I start making some, how can I obtain some, how does it work?
I'm useless when it comes to creating patterns so I'd like to pick up a few for my town.
I love making clothes though so I'd like to share some.

Start talking to Sable every day. She'll slowly warm up to you. When you've talked to her a certain number of times (I think 10?) it'll unlock the QR machine.

Oooh thanks! I never talk to her because in WW she did befriend you in the end but it was useless, lol.
