PWP Method Questions

For the past few days or so, I've been TTing in my second town to unlock PWPs faster.

I do the Diving Reset Trick, so I dive into a corner of the sea for ~5 minutes then go back onto the land, walk around my town and get a villager to ping.

But my questions are...

- If one villager pings you, can they ping you again consecutively? I'm trying to get Francine to ping me for Snooty PWPs. The first time, she asked about inventing a nickname. I said no, dived back into the sea for 5 minutes, came out again but she didn't ping

- Do I have to go into the sea every single time? It's a bit of a bother to jump in and then swim back, only to find that the pinged villager wants to suggest a nickname or change their catchphrase. Any other way??

Unfortunately, the swimsuit trick is the only way I know how to get villagers to ping for anything. I usually spend 10 minutes idling in the corner of the ocean to be totally sure that an animal pings me. It is tedious, and it takes a lot of time to do - kudos to you for having the patients to tt and trying to get her to ping!

Although it's the only trick I know, I'd be very interested to hear if there is a better method as well!

Villagers ping you every 10 minutes. Sometimes they request a new PWP. It's all luck based.

i think it's luck based for whoever pings you. in my experience, when one pings me i have to wait for other people ping me to get back to them. but sometimes i do get the same villager consecutively, so you shouldn't give up!

i believe though it's as long as a villager hasn't seen you within the past five minutes, they will ping you. the wetsuit method is the easiest way for them not to see you bc you'll be in the ocean, but when i was busy landscaping my town before i'd get pings all the time.

Guess I'll just have to try and try again until I get a ping then TT to the next day ^^;
I just need the Statue Fountain tbh
