PWP Donations

I'm just curious. Has anyone ever waited for villager donations to reach the price of a PWP? I have no patience when it comes to that so I make sure I can afford it before I start that project. If you have, how long did it take to reach the total?

I put in a torch and TTed for the in game time equivalent of like 2 weeks-ish and it got mostly paid off, but stagnated around 1400 bells.

Yeah, they pay tiny, tiny bits of money but it's never very much. That being said, if I ever come visit someone who has a PWP with funding needed, I always chip in a bit because I know how much of an awful pain they are.

i dont have any patience to just sit there and wait for the villagers to complete the donations as well. im very impatient actually. id like to see how long it'll take for the villagers to complete the donations tho.

THAT's why tortimer got nothing done. He's too slow to fish or catch bugs or gather fruit to sell, and his villagers were so disgustingly lazy... Haha!

I never knew villagers could actually pay a PWP off completely
Most of the time, after I start a PWP, I run over to it and pay it all off immediately, so I don't have to wait and have a random construction project stuck in my town.
