Buying Putting together a care package for a first timer

One of my friends is playing animal crossing for the first time and I want to put together a welcome package for her~ I already have all the fruits to give her, but still need some tools.
Priority #1: A golden shovel and watering can.
Priority #2: Fun odds and ends like party poppers, balloons, etc.

I can pay in tbt, but its been a while since I've been on the forum so Im not really sure what everything goes for anymore so I would prefer it if you made an offer.
Im at work right now and get off in 3 hours so thats when i will be replying.

I have many different balloons of different size and color for 1btb each. (plus, since I'm guessing you both have a ds, if you display them in your houses, you can street pass each other (and get more handhelds) and order them from the houses in hha area for 600 igb,)
I have perfect fruit baskets for pears, cherries and peaches, I have about 200 amiibo cards for villagers (can I say that here?) the zodiac and campus sets, hibiscus hairpins and breedable white carnations and blue violets.
