Purchased ACNL a Few Days Ago.. Need Opinions. ^^

Hiya guys-

So I bought New Leaf on the.. 5th.. I believe? The 5th of 6th of this month.. And.. Due to real life matters, I just haven't had time to pick it up and start my town. Now I do, and I'm going to be picking my town soon. But there's a problem. I always find myself picking the wrong face, in all my Animal Crossing games. I usually pick them randomly, but then the face never looks quite right with the hairstyles and colors I choose. So I was wondering if you guys could help me decide on one face. Right now I'm thinking about picking one of these:

Number one is adorable, but I've seen so many people use it. Don't get me wrong, it works with pretty much every hairstyle and color, and it's so precious, but.. I don't know if I want to look the same as every other girl. Number two, personally, I think is very adorable and unique. Not many people use it. I've heard a lot of people say it looks like the girl is 'high' ... No.. It doesn't. =/ That's like saying Alfonso is always high.

The eyelids are just to show 'laziness' or 'drowsiness', or maybe even just the eye shape. Number three, again, is pretty popular, but it's cute and I like it.

So what do you guys think?

Sorry about making such a huge deal about a freakin' face.. I just always choose the wrong one and regret it instantly, so it's nice to get some other opinions before deciding.

I think number 3 is cute and at the same time unique enough to not seem as repetitive as 1.

Ive personally used face 3 myself as I had face 1 (or something similar) in every other animal crossing game
I do like face 2 however and I think you are right to say its unique!! - I cant say I've seen it much!! but overall its down to what YOU want and what you will be happy playing with after all it cant be changed! x

Do you know in advance which hairstyles/wigs you want to use? Because if you really want to get fussy, you can fiddle with an image editor to find out what she'll look with those 'dos in advance, which will either help you make a decision or increase your state of analysis paralysis.

That said, I like face 2. My mayor has face 3, and I like it, but I wish I had chosen this one instead. My second character uses it, and I love it to bits.

I went with the first option, I have those eyes myself after all. They look great blue and green but I kept mine brown!

Thanks everyone, I've decided to go with Number 2. I just personally like it the best, and I think I can make it look really cool with some Thick Glasses and a good hairstyle. ♥ I appreciate all of your opinions, though, I love how friendly and sweet this community is. =3

2 is an awesome choice! 1 is used everywhere, and as cute as it is (that was my Gamecube character's face) it's ubiquitous and kinda dull. 2 has a lot of personality. Post screenshots, please!

Exactly. That's a big reason why I chose it. Not many people like it, either. But it's my face (lol), and I like it.

@Hirisa: I completely agree. I'll post screenshots soon, probably later today when I've gotten my hair done, and have the glasses and what not, ahaha. I'm still trying to find a map I like. I'm just a tad bit picky. =3
