Is it a hard thing?

For me, I struggle with people who complains about me to anyone. I'm one of those who is easy to get along with and sometimes hard to talk to because I have disabilities.

Is it hard to actually tell me what's wrong without complaining?

People's opinions don't matter. Do what you want as long as you're not hurting anyone.
