A flamenco classic, Punta y Tacon (composed by Sabicas), performed by yours truly... I recorded this around midnight, so please excuse any technical mistakes. Musically and expressively, though, I felt it turned out OK. At one point I DO hit the microphone accidentally, and I'd like to apologize in advance for that.

Without further ado:

Sounds great, did you lose speed a bit at the end, or is that how it goes?

Nope, that's how it goes. It's an atypical Farruca ending, though; usually the dancer breaks into a zapateado ("foot drumming") and the music actually gets progressively faster.

Punta can mean a couple of things.

It can mean tip (like, tip of a sword).

Tacon is a heel.

Ohh, I got it. So basically it means "tip of the dancer's heel".
