I have a question, do the villagers use the pwp's? Benches i count as being obvious, though i haven't seen them use the picnic bench but anyway i just wondered this because my friend had Bettina and she said she used the hot spring. I was busy shopping so i didn't catch it.

Would love to hear your thoughts and or stories :3

I've never seen them actually use anything but the benches. But I did see Cyrano walking over the picnic blanket the other day. I've never seen anyone use the hot spring.

No one ever sits on the picnic blanket except for me...and it's lonely. I think the villagers can only use benches and bridges.

I do however have villagers comment a lot about particular PWPs! Aurora always says how much she loves the flower arch for example. And I'm sure a lazy villager commented about the hammock back in the summer when I built it.

*face palms* i forgot about the bridges cause the town comes with at least one.
Yeah i know they recognise and comment about them i've had a few comments but i just wondered if they use them.
I know the pain of the tree stumps lol but its cute when they fall asleep on them so i'm not mad.

There's a trick you can do where you buy a wet suit from the island, come back to your town, set a timer for 5~10 mins and swim to the very far south of your ocean and leave your system on. The idea is that your villagers have 'forgotten' about you and will ping you after your 5~10 mins is up. You can do this any amount of times. ​

Tip: you want to make sure to have no bells in your pockets or items on your inventory. This cuts down on the offers your villies will make to you when you've come back. It's normal to not get pings right off the bat. Hope this helped!​

Fill your pockets with flowers so they can't sell or buy anything from you. It increases the chances. You will still be asked about catchphrases, greetings and maybe nicknames though.

And make sure you get all of the pwp project suggestions you want before you get all of your dreamies! There's nothing actually worse than having to move someone out bc you need a peppy pwp suggestion...

I'd also like to echo all the things everyone else has already said, however, I would like to add that the diving trick is a pretty awesome way to farm pwps while doing something else, haha! ꒰๑ ᷄ω ᷅ ꒱

Also, I believe you can only get one PWP suggestion per day. The diving trick is great, though.

Hmm, I've built a pwp log bench and I've only seen one villager sitting on the log, and I sat beside them xD So I'm guessing they do use it once in a while like how you soooometimes see villagers talking to each other but not as much as the acww

Oh, I do remember seeing a photo of someone in the hot spring, but it was either a player who got in there using the tweeter or bug net glitch, or a villager who somehow glitched in there. I forget which. Either way, it was a glitch. It's not a PWP that can normally be interacted with.
