You have to have caught all of the Pokemon in the National Pokedex (a wonderful person just touch traded them to me).

That would be fantastic because I'm just sitting here staring at Sneasel... Before I had the shiny charm I tried hatching for one and I spent months and hundreds of eggs. I hatched maybe 15-20 before Sneasel was shiny!
I've got you covered with Sneasel. Jolly, 5IVs minus special attack, and four egg moves, and he's in a moon ball c:
As for Meditite, I would have to breed for a good one. I can though if you'd like ^^
With the Masuda Method, the rate increases to about 1/400! I was still incredibly lucky o.o

Is drain punch a TM in this game?
Thunder Punch should be possible, though I think it's automatically a move you can relearn for a heart scale once Meditite evolves.
