No, sorry I didn't mean that. I meant does she have the maximum allowed EVs? 510. If so, you won't be able to train any stat anymore. You don't have to do that, as long as you've done Defense, Special Defense, and HP correctly. Forget I said anything about it really, feel free to train her xD

And yes, those are the best moves for her! She won't be good without an Eviolite, so if you don't have one, you can find one in Shalour City.

Hmmm so when I try to use a spl defense or defense bag on chansey, it says base stat is full. But it allows me to use an hp bag on it. I didn't use it though. But I already put 4 in hp. It can still gain more?

Chansey only has 508 of it's EVs, so HP (or any other stat) can gain 2 more EVs. The reason why I told you 4 and not 6 is because the extra two EVs actually won't affect the stat. Only multiples of 4 will affect the stat.

You can add the extra 2 to HP if you want, so she'll be a "fully trained Pokemon" but it won't actually make a difference.
