Are 6IVs necessary? What kind of Hydreigon are you running? I assume from Dark Pulse and Earth Power, you would be running a special attacker, so an IV in Attack might not be necessary?

EDIT: Dark Pulse is a TM, so breeding the egg move wouldn't be necessary. However, I don't think I can get you Earth Power :c I don't have access to any Pokemon who can breed it onto Hydreigon. I'm really sorry!
