I think the only perceptible difference between them is on the social rights front. I highly doubt that Bush would have pushed for the DADT repeal.
You're probably right on DADT, but I think that may be the only issue.

Bush also said (in his book) that he would have endorsed Obama.

The Bicker Tree?
I love it.
But we're not quibbling over petty things :gyroidconfused:
We're debating about truly grand and concerning things!

Do you think Bush should've stayed?
Nope. Term limit+horrible president.

Is Obama a good president?
Decent.

Should Hillary Clinton become the next president?
No. And why would that happen? Obama will undoubtedly recieve the Democratic party's nomination.

Is it right to pit Democrats and Republicans against each other?
I don't understand what this question is asking, but I think it's asking if partisan politics work. The answer to that is no.

Is it fair that everyone should be forced to vote?
What the hell are you talking about? Voting is an option, and should remain one.

Is it fair that not everyone votes?
Yes, it's their decision not to.

Should terms be extended if the president is good?
Nope, gotta stick to dat constitution.

Is it true that only Republicans hate Obama?
No, as a liberal I'm constantly frustrated by his weakness.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
More like the freedom of being a stupid *censored.3.0*.

Do you think Bush should've stayed?
Nope. He lost it in his second term.

Is Obama a good president?
Not by any stretch of the imagination.

Should Hillary Clinton become the next president?
No, because then Bill would be president, not Hillary.

Is it right to pit Democrats and Republicans against each other?
No. it'd be better just to try and work together to achieve something.

Is it fair that everyone should be forced to vote?
Meh. I think it's fair. It's your duty as a citizen. But you're never really forced to vote.

Is it fair that not everyone votes?
Yes, it's their decision not to.

Should terms be extended if the president is good?
Nope, gotta stick to dat constitution.

Is it true that only Republicans hate Obama?
No. Tons of liberals as well as republicans are tired of his empty promising, idiocy, and weakness (like Pear said).

Which you seem to be exercising fully.
Get out if you're not going to contribute.
Give me an example where I've been acting like that in this topic, you little smartass.

Lemme think, around the post before this. You're not exactly the poster child for goodness when you're name-calling.

I lol'd.

Really I've liked Obama so far. He may seem weak but I think it is really just a little thing called patience. A thing most people in this country seem to lack.
I think what most people confuse is what the president can do with what congress's job is. HE DOESN"T MAKE LAWS, he just approves them. Can he attempt to influence people yes, but you cannot get much done when all of one party decides lets just sit on our butts and vote no to everything.

Really though I think our foreign relations had been going better than before, had a little burp with that whole wikileaks thing, but that was diplomats saying unfavorable things.

There ar many things he has done that may seem little but I think are entirely right. He signed and executive order to stop torture, notice how things like waterboarding haven't been in the news?
