Post Your Island Entrance

I'm really sturggling with my island entrance.... My RS building is super close to the airport and slightly to the right... I don't know how to make a grand entrance or anything even close to being cool looking with RS so close..... How do you work around that? I've been fighting the urge to reset because I love my town otherwise but UGH wish we could move this building. I got the game at release and everyone was talking about how they wanted it to be close to the airport entrance so I looked for that in maps and now I regret that since I can't have a cool waterfall entrance

I don't have my RS close to my entrance, but I have moved the entrance to my town to the side since I had an idea for it. Maybe what I did could help with ideas for your island?

I actually just posted mine recently in another thread, so I hope it's ok to post again. I had a very small space to work with too.

For some reason I guess I took a screenshot rather than a proper photo for the second one, but I just posted it to show you how close it is

Not that good of a pic but it's the only one on hand right now. I have the simple (stump) crafting bench right behind the pine tree for people who need crafting services, and the record player is playing "Animal City"

I don't have a better picture on me right now, but the residential services are in the top left corner.

On the right is also the shopping area. I tried to make the bottom of my island more busier so that it all fits.

Here's my entrance! It's VERY close to resident services, but I was able to make it look good! As you can tell, my island's theme is tropical.

awww the heart path is so cute! I love that you made the entrance to RS on the side! I've been thinking of doing that too to save room

Thank you so much for everyone's help! I redid my entrance and I LOVE it. I managed to hide my RS building too.... so so happy with it!
