Lost in the memories
Everyone quoting the rules is obviously correct but I'll just sum up the main points here for future auctions.
Whatever you put in the OP is set in stone - avoid changing rules at all. If your OP says there is no end time, you do not need an end time, you just aren't allowed to change it once you've put it there. (you might get away with it if no one has bid yet but once someone does you are locked to whatever it says)
Backing out of a bid is not allowed. If you do so you have the right be given a negative wi-fi rating from the auctioneer or may receive a warning under specific circumstances.
Do not post in an auction saying the price is too high or any other kind of complaint. If you don't like it don't participate.
That being said this thread is such a mess I think it would be best if you just made a new auction. You can either stick with the planned end time and current highest bid (make sure you contact whoever that is to make sure they still want to bid, as they might have thought they were outbid before). Otherwise just start fresh, and it would be polite to contact anyone who bid too so they are aware of this.
Thanks
Oh okay, thanks! So by starting fresh would it be okay to set rules so that things don't get out of hand? Or do you mean start fresh by just restarting it? I feel like if I don't add rules to it it will turn out a mess like this one did. >.<
Okay, I let them back out though so it's fine, so by new auction I hope you mean I can set new rules stuff so I can avoid what happened here (again I'm really sorry about that ;A; ).
And also, if you don't need to add an End time, what would you say to users who ask about it?
