poll: your Christmas Tree: real or artificial?

we always have a real tree... this year we'll have to see though, because my sister is super allergic to smells and flowers so we don't know if she can be in the same house as a christmas tree. >_>

i think we're getting a real one for the kitchen/dining room tomorrow but our main tree is artificial - maybe because last time we had a real tree, i found bits of tree piercing my feet until September the next year.

My sister used to get really sick every Christmas, and we couldn't figure out why. Turns out she was allergic to pine trees. So artificial it is for my family. I don't have my own tree in my apartment though.

I don't even see pine trees a lot. I don't know if people even sell real pine trees here. (There probably are real ones, but they'd be hella expensive I guess.)

Anyway, artificial. We only have a tiny Christmas tree at home that we've kept for a lot of years. c:

When we used to spend Christmas at home in the city, we would always go artificial. Easy to store and mess free, far more practical. However, now we spend Christmas up north at the cottage, surrounded by pine forests and lots of snow, so it seems like a crime not to do a real tree while up there. The smell when you cut the rope off the branches... you just can't beat it!
