Have the main board for sales, etc.
Keep staff boards seperate and stock market seperate (like those two/three are now)
B:
Have what it is now, with the main sales split into sub-boards.
I think that A is better.

Keep the focus on the customer. If you were a first-time or long-time customer, which setup of the boards would make it easier for you to use?
If by "sales," you mean the customers' transactions, then it sounds like A is better.
