Police Station or Dream Suite

The police station is usually put in a place that you will end up regretting, so I'd go for he Dream suite. That's on main street anyway, more convenient!

I have both in my town, both have advantages.

The police station sometimes has random items sitting on tables inside which you can take, but other than that there's not too much that's special about it.

With the dream suite, not only can you visit other players towns, but you can get 5000 Bells each day just for giving the dream suite an update of your town! It's a great way to get some bells without having to even do much.

I like the police station to give my town that more complete feeling (Plus Booker is just so cute!) and because I put stuff on the ground all the time in the town square and when Redd or Katrina come my items go to the lost and found. I do like the dream suite for looking at people's homes, plus if you update your dream address every day you get 5,000 bells. Personally I just look at homes from street pass because it's easier! So really just depends on how you want to play your game! Either way, you'll get both eventually, I'm sure!

The police station is boring in my opinion, it doesn't really do much, whereas the dream suite you can visit other towns and do all kinds of things

I would go with Dream Suite. It's definitely more useful and one of the best projects in the game, so it's a good thing to get out of the way. Then you can focus more on what you really like (?∀｀●）
