As for bells :

You can click the bell amount I have under my avatar (not tickets!!)

Now... since the fair is going on things are a littttle tricky

As form of currency, change to tickets, then back to bells. When you see that you can fill in the box labelled "amount" instead of "code" then you know youve done it right!!! Enter the 150 and we can be on our way with this trade
