You're talking about using a regular normal Pokeball to catch all the legendaries. Not using a great ball, ultra ball, or master ball at all?! Geez, that seems tough! Did you invent this challenge or did you find it somewhere?

I remember once me and my bro were having a horrible chansey episode. We tried to catch her but she kept healing

@Sanxithe: Yeah, I always wondered how such a massive Pokemon as Groudon could fit in a small, plastic ball, XD. Chansey is tough to catch, but if you manage to paralyze her when she's in the red then she could miss healing herself and make it easier.

I'm legitimately surprised no one has brought up roaming legendaries yet. Probably the most irritating to catch kind of Pokemon period.

The legendary dogs were quite the pain.
I got more frustrated with the Kanto bird(s) in X, though.
Having to encounter Zapdos so many times and having to pull that slow ass Pokedex out to track him smh.

Definitely the legendary Pokemon that automatically flee at the start of a battle *cough*Zapdos*cough*
I mean, it's not impossible to catch them, but they pretty much require you to train a Pokemon to do so, since you need a trapper. Then it's a complete pain to reset for good stats if you don't have a Master Ball that you can use :'-[

I didn't know it was also random - yeah, that's definitely one of the hardest to catch. Also, most people played pokemon Red/Yellow before the internet was popular/faster/bigger so the glitch doesn't apply there.
Anyways, anyone having trouble catching gen 6 need to consider leveling up their capture o power, just give them to people passing by and you'll have level 3 in a day - I caught the Mewtwo with a dusk ball after 3 tries at full health.
