Pokémon Pokemon Unite: Ranked Bugged?

Hey all. I was playing ranked on Pokemon Unite with my sis and noticed whenever we'd reach 3 stars to move up, it would then demote me around a class. I don't think this has ever happened before and my sister noticed this too. Is this suppose to happen? I could have sworn you go up in class when you complete 3 (technically 4) successful matches to get all 3 stars before moving up? Is this a bug?

Yeah, it could be that or a glitch. I know for sure you're definitely supposed to go up once you fill out the stars and win again. I made my way up the ranks awhile ago to Expert class using Garchomp and it seemed to be working fine. I'm not sure what would cause that to happen though.

So you're doing fine? Interesting. I wonder how many others are getting demoted? I'm in Expert too, just as you, and was demoted to class 4 after being class 5. My sis is in Veteran class 2 went down to class one and then worked her way to 2 again only to get demoted after

I am thinking it's a glitch but I couldn't find it anywhere online which was why I came here to ask. I hope it isn't because I wanted to get the ranked rewards this season.

Also, my sister was a Masters last season, yet the rewards for this season ended her at Veteran Class Class 5 yet this season as a Veteran Class 2?
