Ahh well the other one came in a pack with Kyogure and Groudon in the front... it's also from 2011, I dunno how stuff like that works but if it's not of value you could just take it and see what you get :3

I have two from xy flashfire and one that just says xy. They all say they unlock a booster pack. I probably have more somewhere, but I'd have to look for them.

Sure. And i just found 2 more. One says black and white plasma blast and the other one doesn't say but it has random icy blue patterns on it. They are also for booster packs.
