Buying Pokemon Starters

I'll buy starters for in-game-bells. The ones I need are Charmander (I will buy 3 Charmanders), Bulbasaur (I will buy 2 Bulbasaurs), and one of each for the rest of the ones I need are as follows: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Mudkip, Treecko, Chimchar, Turtwig, Oshawott, Tepig, and Froakie. I will pay 100K IGB per starter.

I'll also buy 2 Houndours or a Houndour and a Houndoom for the same price.

I have Y and Omega Ruby. I want to put them in my Omega Ruby but if someone only has X/Y then I can just transfer it using my Pokebank account.

The XY and ORAS trading/friends is connected. Someone with X can trade with someone from Alpha Sapphire, etc. The wondertrade and GTS are connected as well. You can use your Omega Ruby.
