I find all that bull*censored.2.0* honestly... yes discussion of such things aren't allowed.
But tell that to countless people that stream games, or upload LPs onto youtube. Some of the best Let's Players use ROMs.

Besides, even if he was using a ROM it hadn't been mentioned here so it would have been none of TBTs business, and broadcasting of ROMs is fine on JustinTV and plenty of people do it already.
