Getting my copy tomorrow, can't wait. Anyways, for you guys who already got it, how do you trade in ORAS? I met someone who has it a while ago and he does not show up in my PSS in X.
??? oras trades with oras, not oras trades with xy.

I believe you can actually trade with XY. Anyways, got my answer. You have to help Wally get his Ralts before you can actually do trading.

Cool, I'm going for a physical copy so my dad will go pick it up at the store for me tomorrow. I wasn't able to pick up today because my school is far from the mall I pre-ordered from.

My friend said he did the stuff I listed but it worked for him. I'll dig further
Only thing that seems different is that he nicknames his Pok?mon...but there's no way in hell that could be it.
Guess I have to check

I'm resetting. There has to be something more to it. It can't be nicknames. I refuse to accept that.
GameFreak broke Serebii's mind. For those wondering, the steps were:
Have all three Regis
Have a Casteliacone (may have to be attached to Regice)
All three have to be taken to the island cave
It seems the final requirement is nicknaming your Pokemon. 10/10

Seriously? But some people don't necessarily want to nickname their Pokemon. So we are forced to nickname to get Regigigas? I wonder, will transferred Pokemon work for unlocking the others?

its ok, we can just re-nickname them their actual names. thats what id do hahahahah. as if id really use them for battling or anything except story events.

Serebii has been able to use Pokemon captured in previous games to unlock captures of legendaries. He transferred Tornadus and Thundurus and was able to capture Landorus, even though he hadn't even found the first two in the game yet.
