Oh and the points of people playing other games since RSE was reviewed doesn't really make sense for the water thing, and besides I thought there wasn't that much water. I heard so many complaints about the water in Hoenn and I thought it was great.

People were spoiled with being able to slightly make their character theirs and are incredibly disappointed that it's not returning because "Kalos people like fashion! Hoenn people live off the land!". Honestly I'm 50/50 on customization. It was a nice feature, but the implementation was awful. Guys got the short end of the stick design wise while girls got decent things to wear and varied customization.

I'm not going to lie, I was genuinely envious of the amount of clothes the girls got to wear. I was so desperate I wore fedoras. Fedoras. The only customisation I would want for ORAS is the ability to change the clothes colour to red, to blue to orange (Blue bc blue's a pretty colour and they wore blue in the manga?? and orange bc Emerald) and maybe the ability to switch to the original clothes (that's just me being a genwunner about RSE) but I'm fine on customisation

Cry more Hoenn babies!! Honestly reviews are 1) subjective and 2) just because the original got X score doesn't mean the remake will get the same score. We've had hundreds of new games since then, so revisiting a tale already told is bound to be boring to some. AND THERE IS TOO MUCH WATER GET OVER IT, jesus christ how am I supposed to train Torkoal after Lilycove.

I always found it hard to train Pok?mon after Lilycove myself, as I had my array of Fire-types...
I always made sure that Blaziken was the one Pok?mon that I used, just so that I could get that one ahead and then train the others up after Lilycove...

The thing that annoys me most about this is that for some reason people have forgotten that previous remakes also got rid of some features entirely. Even RSE took a step back, because even though there was time there was no actual day/night transition like in G2.

Kinda weird to think that until ORAS Hoenn was quite literally the only region to not ever have a day/night cycle.
