I am learning Japanese but I don't fully know everything so I couldn't understand what it said yet XD.
I also never figured it out, after an hour or so it started working again.

It's in Japanese. I think it said something along the lines of "an error occurred for the trade, 2 Pokemon are needed"... but don't take my bet on it, I'm really bad at Japanese grammar lol. >_>
