Pokemon: Adventures in Unova

"I've seen Scraggy use that move "Fire Punch" a couple of times. I'm sure if you ask him nicely he'll spare one for ya!"
I look up to see Scraggy playing with a large rock and stick, using the stick as some sort of spear.

"I guess... Still, it'd be nice to have a little protection, right? Do you guys mind if I leave Scraggy out of his Pokeball over night?"

Scraggy looks up as I mention his name.

"Great, fire punch would make this much easier," I said as Lightning and Lily help make a pile of broken twigs a little ways from the tents.

"ok,i'm done with the clothes,so when are we sleeping?"

 

[Hikari]

"If you scared of bad guys, I can have Looker stay awake and be on guard. He likes to stay up all night."

 

[Jarrad]

"Go on, Scraggy!"
Scraggy dances towards Ellie.

"Well, I've got a sleeping bag in my backpack, so I'm prepared to sleep anywhere! It's brand new so I don't think it'll matter if we're camping on top of a mountain of sharp rocks, this sleeping bag should keep me comfy!" I boast.

"i'm going to sleep now,so shush!"

 

[Jarrad]

"I'm not scared, just worried!"
I can't have a kid thinking I'm a big scaredy cat! After all, I am older than these guys.
"Won't Looker get cold? I think Scraggy will probably want to sleep inside of my sleeping bag with me!" I say, with concern for Hiraku's pokemon.

 

[Hikari]

"It's okay, Looker has a thick coat. And he likes the cold."

"CLINT AND HIKARU!!! SHUSH NOW!!!"

Scraggy was still playing with it's spear when Lightning and Lily had finished the pile of twigs.
"Scraggy, could you use fire punch to light this for me?" I asked it softly, and it tried. Unfortunately, it didnt really light the pile so much as snap and scatter the twigs.
"Aww. Oh well, thanks anyway, Scraggy," I smiled. I guess fire punch doesn't freally light fires so much as it destroys whatever you are trying to light.
I guess I'm doing it by hand...
Whilst Lily and lightning gathered up the twigs again, I managed (with great dificulty) to sit myself down on the floor. Grabbing two nearby rocks, I started scraping them together to create sparks above the pile. It didn't take long for a spark big enough to ignite it.

"There. That'll keep everyone warm, both those sleeping and those on lookout," I announced once the flame had started to engulf the wood.

 

[Hikari]

"We re trying to keep us save!" I yelled back.

I walked down the route, only to see a bunch of kids camping. "Hey, it's going to hit 20?F tonight. Good luck." I headed for Striaton City.

 

[Jarrad]

"He does? Well in that case he can stand guard for us every night!" I kid whilst nervously laughing.

Route 2 begins to darken, as dusk draws to a close, the route becomes almost silent. The only noise Clint can hear is the crackling of the small fire centered between the brand-new group of trainers.

Scraggy is tucked away resting against my stomach.
"Well, on that note I'm going to try and get to sleep. Good night guys! I just have to thank you all for being so welcoming! You've truly made the start of my trainer-hood memorable!" I admit.

(Okay, irl it's 02:18AM in Britain, so I'm going to go to sleep irl haha! RP with you guys soon! )

"That's Adam," I told Clint, pointing as Adam walked past. I probably would've hit him, if I wasn't sat on the floor.
