This is plushies general~ Post your collections, favorites, plushes from your childhood, anime/game merchandise, interesting/weird plushes, stuff you want to get, handmade plushes, whatever! I'd love to see what everyone has. I probably own more than what is expected for an adult, haha.

Here is the collection of large plushes I (try) to keep on my bed:

*There were two sets of Animal Crossing plushes released that featured villagers - one from the Gamecube era and ones based on Wild World . As much as I'd love some of these, they are increasingly rare and expensive nowadays. I might try my hand at making some villagers as that's the only to get some villagers I want as plushes!

Ahh like a lot of people mine are all in my apartment and I got a new phone recently so no pics 😭 All I've got is my smoll Sumikko Gurashi dinosaur (Roary the roar-o-saurus) who goes everywhere with me in his little pouch. I've had him since highschool so he's a little worn

I have a lot of plushies! They all have great memories attached to them, especially the ones that were purchased for me as a baby.

The majority of my plush collection is from travelling. For example, every time I've visited a Disney property like Disneyland, I like to buy a plushie. That tradition has gotten expensive in recent years, but it's a nice way to commemorate a trip. I've gotten some cool plushies over the year, like a white tiger plush from the white tiger habitat at the Mirage in Las Vegas or a panda wearing a changshan from the Beijing Zoo!

The only problem is that plushies can take up a lot of space. I usually have to put them into my backpack to save space when I come back, and I sometimes get some weird looks from other people in line when I have to take them out at security... but I've never been questioned about it by security themselves. I'm sure they've seen much, much, weirder before.

I have a huge pile of plushes in the corner of my room, but it looks messy and not very photogenic. It includes lots of shark plushes, several other kinds of animals, a few Pikachu plushes, some anime animals plushes (Kirara, Kyo in cat form, the fox squirrel from Studio Ghibli, etc), and some plushes from my childhood like Huggables, Garfield, and so on.

At work, I have Mokona and Badtz Maru plushes, but I don't have access to them right now due to quarantine.

Here are a few of my recent additions, though, all gifts from my husband.

Here's Lucas the Spider and a vampire squid thing from Overwatch.

Here's my life-size Frosch from Fairy Tail!

Sorry about having to use links. I was having file size issues.
