plot reseting a dream villagers home help!

I'm really sorry, but if he's already moved in, there's nothing you can do. 
Plot resetting has to be done before a plot is saved in place -- if you load one of your existing characters, thereby saving the state of your town, the plot will be set in stone.
Here's a useful YouTube video that explains the concept far better than I can (and also demonstrates it in action).
If you really need him to move out of that spot, you will need to move him out and then complete the sixteen villager cycle to have the chance to get him back.
This involves moving sixteen villagers out of your town so that Kyle's data will be removed from your game.
