I'm giving away knowledge! ...Really just wanted people to read the rules and here's your friendly neighborhood reminder! 
I am by no stretch of the imagination a moderator of the forum, but I have seen a lot of trade/sale/auction posts that do not meet the rules and requirements and a lot of potential buyers are not able to buy because of some mysterious "other bidder", or because the auction does not have a proper end time, or because the trader/seller/auctioneer abandoned the auction before the end time they posted.
That said, as a buyer you should ALSO know what the rules are so you know what your RIGHTS are.
