please help! where is Jack?

I've kept my in game date at october 7th for the last two days and still haven't found jack ://
I just TT'd to the 1st of october and have been playing to no avail, what is happening?? If i don't see him from the 1st to the 7th, will nothing happen on halloween?

even if you don't see him, he'll send a letter with a mask attached to it.

yep! the halloween masks will be up for sale in ables, spooky furniture in the T&T brother shop, and candy and stuff will replace fortune cookies. I have tested it and everything has happened the same way, Jack or no Jack.

I haven't been playing my game since the first or otherwise, but when I started up my game just the other day, I found Jack walking around. I'm not sure when he leaves town, but I always thought he'd keep walking around until he met you in person.
