Helli, this is probably really stupid but what does TBT stand for in here?
Please help me!

It refers to the Bells located on your sidebar. You get them through posting. Technically the correct term is "BTB" which stands for Bell Tree Bells but most people call them TBT which I guess stands for The Bell Tree lol.
TBT stands for the name of this forum/site: The Bell Tree. Just quicker to type TBT than type out the full name every time 
tbt refers to both the site and the forum's currency, depending on context of usage
tbt marketplace board title+description confirms that 'tbt' is actually the correct term in shorthand (longer form being 'tbt bells'), while I don't recall btb ever being used in any official context
