Playstation Network 80710B23?

I was bought a new PS3 Slim for my birthday and I can't connect to the Playstation Network. Can anyone help?

Well, whenever I try to log into the PSN, I get error code 80710B23 and it logs me off. Funny thing is, I'm able to use the internet browser.

Have you tried making a support topic on their boards or a forum dedicated to Sony consoles/etc.? Honestly, I've never gotten the error thus I have no knowledge on how to fix it or help.

does your router have a WEP code? If you didn't put that in, it wont connect.

She/he can use the Internet Browser, so I don't think that's the problem.

Pachireecko I have been to your house a lot of times and I think it is your router because nearly
every time I go to your house I can only connect my laptop to your router sometimes and the same with your laptop. I think you should get a router from Perlico I am on Perlico too and I have a Perlico router and nothing went wrong with it ever and I had it nearly four years.

I think I have it!!! disconnect your media server now in the settings!
I connected it and it said the same error!
