Players That Don't Time-Travel???

I did TT in the beginning to plot reset and for a 32 villager cycle, however ever since I got my last dreamie 2 weeks ago, I've been playing it day by day - No TTing at all.

I very very rarely TT, I only do it to prevent people from moving. I spent millions on these villagers so they're not going anywhere >>

I time travel for little things sometimes; like occasionally I'll time travel to 4:58 PM so I can order things from the catalog and receive it immediately, or if I play right before bed when all the shops are closed I'll time travel backwards a few hours to when they're open, and I'm barely ever free on holidays so I almost always time travel a day forwards/backwards so I don't miss out on the AC celebration. (:

But other than that, I don't time travel to get specific villagers in or out(I did that once...it was awful), and I don't time travel to play multiple days. For me, I've never "done everything I can do that day" in Animal Crossing. Even if I've done all the dailies, I can still dive or fish or bug-hunt or design patterns or rearrange my furniture or organize my drawers or play island games or talk to my villagers or "hang out" with an internet friend I can't hang out with irl. (: I also don't have a lot of free time to play; I only get on once every few days on average to do a bit of dailies and make sure no one's moving.

I don't like to time travel, I feel it kind of takes away from the heart of the game in a sense. However, I do use it for certain things, such as skipping far enough ahead to get rid of a certain villager I don't want, so a new one can move in. I also sometimes change the time back to day if I'm playing late, that way I can still play the game without having all the shops closed, or villagers gone. I realize there is an ordinance for this, but I prefer to keep my "beautiful town" ordinance in effect.

I've TTed only once. I started my new town in January, because I wanted to start at the beginning of the year. When people started talking about Fall starting and how great it was, I felt left out a little. I wanted to be with the rest of the community. So I TTed ahead to the real date. I really don't know how people do that all the time, it was so stressful! Luckily, no one moved.

But other than that, I've never done it. It's fine if people do, I get why they do. It's just not my cup of tea. Having things happen slowly is more fun for me.

I TTed just once, to get Stitches moving out my past town before resetting.
I lost him and I have never TTed again.

this is my first time playing an AC game and I only got the game this year, so I want to experience holidays on the holiday itself. I feel like it makes the experience more special. but I'm not opposed to TT. it's also because I'm a newbie and don't want to mess anything up haha.

I never TT'd in my first town, but when I started, I just couldn't stop. I'm planning to not TT when I make a new town, I want to relive the magic of my first playthrough.

I only TT a couple hours, never more than a day. I have a busy schedule, but I like to play when my villagers are active, and the shops are open. I can't enact the Late Owl, since without Beautiful Town my flowers will go to c**p.
On rare occasions (might become more frequent), I TT days at a time to trade/give away a villager, or because I'm too impatient for a new villager to move in.

I only TT to the correct date after being on a break. Losing my favorite villagers would be the end of the game for me. Otherwise I find TTing to stressful to deal with. Playing in real time is relaxing to me.

I only time trial- I mean, travel (excuse the Mario Kart terms :P) when Im in a pissed off mood, and I just want to get stuff done. Most of the time, I dont to keep it normal.

I stopped time travelling when I was semi finished with my town. When I was close to ending I didn't need to time travel because the only reason I would really time travel was to get new bush starts/trees/flowers and see what new furniture was in. Now that I only have a little bit left to do and have bought mass bulk amounts of bush starts that I need, I don't really need to time travel anymore! It's good because I get really, really paranoid of my villagers moving. However once the fall-coloured leaves start coming in (orange/red/etc) I will probably time travel back to April because I prefer green scenery.

When I first got any AC I would time travel to further the continuation of the building process, houses, stores.. You know the deal get all the cool stuff! But recently I re-purchased a 3DS XL and Animal Crossing and I was thinking "How can I make a game last, I Usually TT get all the cool stuff I want and slow down the playing..."

Basically I'm trying to TT not as much so I can enjoy the game more and feel as if it's worth it. Obviously I might do it for a day into the game if I am in a rush but usually I don't think I will do that any longer.

I'm going to stop TTing after I get my desired skin tone to preserve it.

I used to TT all the time, before I got NL and was concerned about keeping my dreamie villagers. I only time travel now, a few hours back in time here and there, trying to catch certain bugs lol.

I never TT. It spoils my turnips, makes weeds, I miss out on stuff and villagers move away and move in (then park their butts in the middle of my path -_-

I don't time travel.

I find that, similar to Japan, each season in AC has a distinct feeling. I feel that I enjoy this seasonality the most if I disregard the notion of TT. It's hard to have seasonal nostalgia and associate screen caps with times in your real life if they're all out of order chronologically.

The largest reason is due to my liking of my villagers and fear they would leave.

I've just never really been interested in it actually.

Maybe if I had a second game cartridge I would TT without fear of messing up my nice little burg.

I posted already but I think this post really said what I felt but didn't word nicely enough.

I equate the 'daily walk' through my town with relaxation and unwinding. I feel time travel, or even the notion of it, to be stressful.

I prefer not to TT because i feel it makes the game lose its value and "fun factor"

I like to work for the things in here.
I'll only do so in like emergencies, for example, I moved out a villager yesterday because the other person wasnt going to be online today, when the villager was originally planned to move out.

I also have a Night Owl ordinance, so if I TT, my flowers will die :')
