Placements?

I was looking for some opinions on where I should place the permanent PWP's such as the campsite and cafe :3
I got a random move in freaking Rocket ergh.. and thought maybe its time to start putting some PWPs in my new town:3

I have no idea what to do with so much space, I never had this much before >~<''
Also, none of the houses are staying, I was planning on making a little community on the smaller peice of land for them:3

Maybe the top right corner for the campsite? I really like your map by the way!

I'm not so good at landscaping myself and not too familiar with what to do when villager homes are close, but how about putting the cafe on the lower island or close by? It could help build the little community or village on that island and leave the huge top island for a more natural setting, which you could fill with a forest.

Maybe bottom left, above the river from that blue house, near the bridge? For the campsite.

If it were my town I would place the campsite up in the right hand corner by Re-Tail. The little pond kind of creates a little path up to the campsite if you sit up snug with the fence. Then you could have a nice foresty (or whatever theme you want!) right up to your campsite. (I'm also assuming you would move the two villagers out, just south of re-tail too)

I'd put the campsite on the bottom as well, because it's like the villager area, and I'd put the Cafe near the pond (so all the main spots are sort of in a row at the top)

I usually put it on the bottom but I wasn't sure.. I wanted a villager community on the bottom so aaaah ｢(ﾟﾍﾟ).

I like the idea of the Cafe being in line with all the buildings but hmm.. Thank you both for the input(∩˃o˂∩)♡!

I absolutely love your map. The river is short, there is only one pond, and everything is conveniently located next to each other. Can you tell me where you live so I can come steal your game cartridge? As for where to put the PWPs, I'd put the campsite just north of the waterfall leading to the ocean. You'd have to move those villagers out, but if you don't really like them and have the patience, that's what I would do. I'd put the cafe and police station near you train station and Re-Tail to create a "mini Main Street" with everything close together. Then you can do whatever you want with all of that wide open space. If I were to get another game cartridge, I would seriously reset for that map. I'm so jealous.

I would place the campsite in the upper right corner between the pond and the cliff, and right near retail. I like my campsite in a secluded spot near the top of the map so I can grow cedar trees around it.

@Redcat heheee, thank you. I fell in love with that map and had to have it, even if it didn't have my beloved apples ᕙ( * •̀ ᗜ •́ * )ᕗ
So on the smaller part of my town? :3 I think a little mini Main Street would be adorable (ﾉ^ヮ^)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧.

@kendallrosee I keep going back to that spot for it also, it would look cute with a foresty theme around and going up to it ^3^/

Police station...maybe somewhere near Town Hall or the Train Station? Campsite in the northern corner, right of the pond. And I'd stick the Cafe...maybe where the two houses are to the south of the pond?
