The Mario Galaxy movie is basically a level made in Super Mario Maker that uses a hundred of every part, every enemy type and variation, every sound effect, every power-up, every block type, every everything from start to finish, as chaotic and busy and random and loud as possible.
In other words, one of those trippy, vertical levels that starts you off with a Star that makes you kill a crap ton of enemies on the way down while spamming all the sound/space distortion effects.

I looked up the ratings for Super Mario Galaxy movie. Its critic score on Rotten Tomatoes is low, but its audience score is very high. It looks like it’s going to be another movie where critics and viewers won’t agree on the movie.
