I learned at the age of 10 as a pretty uncoordinated/clumsy person, the trick is to make sure your feet can touch the ground (low seat), and not be scared of going fast, since the faster you go the more balanced the bike is and easier it is to ride, good luck learning :)!!

Thank you! I think I'll just rent a bike as soon as it gets a bit warmer and drier outside!

It should be even easier than learning as a kid I think.

I taught myself when I was nine. I was outside and saw my four year old neighbor across the street riding his bike back and forth down the road. I got mad. How was he riding and I was more than twice his age and couldn't?

So I grabbed my bike and went to the top of a slope in my yard. I sat on my bike and pushed myself down the slope fast and lifted up my legs on the pedals. Did this a few times and less than half an hour later I was riding up and down the road with my neighbors.

I ended up teaching my little sister how to ride her bike the traditional way since our dad refused to teach her just like he did with me. Our mom was too lazy to come outside and teach us. They got us bikes but then did nothing for us to be able to use them lol.

If I was able to do it you definitely can as an adult! Shoot, you'll probably do it in five minutes.
 
So I’ve been reading about the geography of the UK. The castle associated with King Arthur is only 250 miles away from the kingdom’s most iconic landmark.

Oof! May I suggest Project Hail Mary? It's my new favorite book.

I may also have a DNF/try again later book on my hands. Artemis by Andy Weir. He wrote The Martian, then Artemis, and then Project Hail Mary. Martian and PHM are major motion pictures now. Even Andy thinks Artemis is kinda mid.

There's two plots, the main plot (A) and the flashback (B). The first couple chapters are kinda slow with the A plot. B plot is pretty interesting all the way through. There's parts of the book that completely went over my head until I went on reddit and tumblr for clarification lol
 
When I ask for art, the more apples there are, the better. I like seeing an apple community or an apple party.

One picture I haven’t seen - an apple playing on her iPhone (which has a stick figure icon on the back instead of an apple).

Ugh I hate it when I have a couple of bad ones in a row. Plus I find it really hard to drop a book even if I don't like it!
 
I go to work early, and sorta live on a quiet street. But this morning with how quiet it was so early, made me feel like I was the only human alive.

Strange, yet peaceful. Quiet, but everything placed felt loud.
 
Man, Tubi's got all the classic CN cartoons right now. Ed Edd n Eddy, Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter's Lab, etc.

Currently watching Ed Edd n Eddy. The three of them are pals. They're the most perfect, powerful trio ever lol

Well a Starfox movie done right would be pretty cool actually. I could see this opening the way for that. This wasn't the news I was expecting to read when I came on this thread, but I'll take it lol.
