I'm feeling much better now. I need to lay off soda. I wonder if tea is better, I know water is and my Aunt is going to make sure of it. Because I know that I have worried her.

I've stopped drinking caffine at around 5. A doctor on youtube said it can stay in your system for around 8 hours, depending on metabolism and such. I did find a nice Stash brand Licorice herbal tea. Is that it?
