Watching one of the Christmas channels on Pluto TV and every now again there's always an ad for stupid gambling apps.

And I just made it a goal to start using theirs (and Tubi's) streaming service more or at least try to. My TV hates running them.

Man, Pluribus is so great, but I need each episode to be 2-3 hours long.
The idea of there being one writer left in a world where everybody has read everything... ugh why does one throwaway line has so much potential that won't be used because it's not the plot.

I don’t like the way John Grisham writes women. I know some people online say, “Oh, he’s writing from the perspective of a sexist character.” But…in nearly every book I’ve read from him?? He acts like men can’t control themselves whenever they see an attractive woman. (Ogling, etc.)

He can’t hide his disdain for fat women. I don’t know this for sure, but it’s commented upon with such venom it’s impossible to ignore. In one book, he made a fat female judge stupid and constantly EATING during a trial. Like…really?? It felt like an old cartoon, and not in a good way. (In “Rogue Lawyer”)

Maybe he has changed since these books were written, but he’s an old white man from the South. (No offense.) I guess he has some old-school views he can’t keep to himself.

Not all southern men are like that

Oh, I know…I mean older ones from a certain generation. There are some progressive areas for sure. I’m from the Midwest where there are a lot of conservative areas. He could have been from a conservative area where that was normalized.

I had a dream that I met Trixie and Katya. I was telling Katya all my secrets, oversharing and making a fool of myself. But when I saw Trixie, I was speechless. Not sure what that means.

Also, Trixie’s outfit at the TikTok Awards was flawless! Her mind…!

My church had it's Christmas program today. It's was wonderful. They gave us all gifts too.

The children were so excited, it was too adorable. Ahh, makes me miss those days. I still get happy when I get a gift.

But, as a child. It's... something so much special about it that I can't put it into words right now.

I'm tempted to play New leaf before toy day;it was more fun to get clues on what each villager wanted and then guess via the gift bags.

I mean…the accuracy! They’re both fun.

Saw a video of a guy imitating how the puppets in the old Christmas specials move, and it kinda reminded me of South Park characters.
