I remember in one show the Queen (Elizabeth II) was showing this historian her crown— the one she was officially coronated in —and she touched the pearls dangling from it. She said that pearls are “live things” and “need to be warmed.” I mean…clams are living things, but I don’t think pearls are.

I still thought it was a funny moment and could easily be in one of her funniest moments compilations.

looking at some of my old posts and younger me was so over dramatic and negative 😭 like somebody would make a thread asking what everyone’s doing over the summer and i’d answer truthfully with a side of doom and gloom. i can’t believe some of the stuff i’ve said, it’s actually funny 💀
 
A little surprised that my teen crush Kyle MacLachlan is a Charli XCX fan and a “babygirl” (whatever that means). His Instagram is something else lol.
 
I love how Dividers in Dead Space '08 sound like whales. It seems like such a random choice to make tall, lanky monsters sound like whales IN SPAAAAACE lol

I'm watching a playthrough of Dead Space remake and sadly, the whale-like moans are gone 😢 but at least Isaac getting hit still sounds painful and dramatic, it's iconic lmao

Saw someone online say that “The Rizzler” sounds like the name of a Seinfeld episode and/or like one of Kramer’s friends. 😂 They’re not wrong!
 
So if a priest were to be considered an evolution of the deacon, and a bishop an evolution of the priest... where would the cardinal and Pope stand? Would the cardinal be a shiny? Would the Pope be a shiny? Or maybe a Mega evolution?

Edit: change of tense from present to... whatever hypothetical present tense is called lol
 
A turtle has been coming to my hill every day since I gave it a strawberry. He/she arrives the same time every morning, looking around impatiently. Once the turtle gets the strawberry, he/she takes a few bites then carries it into the woods. I don’t know what turtles usually eat, but I bet the strawberry is a welcome change!

It’s like that book “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie”, but now it’s “If You Give a Turtle a Strawberry.”

(I’ve nicknamed it Don Rickles since it reminds me of the late comedian lol.)

They girl bossed Peach, and I wouldn't be surprised if they girl boss Rosalina as well, smh 🙄

Imo a SMGalaxy 3 for Nintendo Switch 2 would have been more interesting.
