Drag Race talk: In celebration of her All Stars 10 win, I requested that my library buy Ginger Minj’s cookbook. They have one of the Trixie and Katya books, so why not get a drag queen cookbook?
 
I was watching a playthrough of DK Bananza when DK, after calmly reading some text on a sign, proceeded to punch the absolute heck outta that sign, smashing it to pieces.

That really made me laugh 😂 he's a happy, smashy boy. Also, is no one talking about the sheer grip strength on Pauline?? DK's rolling and jumping and zooming all over the place while she hangs on for dear life lmao

I wish I could ride in a concorde. Isn’t it absolutely insane that there were commercial flights that flew MACH 2. TWICE the speed of sound. And high enough to see the earth curve.

I’ve genuinely never understood people who are highly critical about art. Basically anything that’s been crafted by human hands impresses me lol I just watched a video of someone incorporating picture frames into the artwork and the majority of the comments were people saying stuff like “looks like it belongs in a Target aisle” “gimmicky” “boring” like damn, I thought it was neat hahah

I agree! I can be overly critical of my own works, whatever they be. But I'd never be so bold as to comment like a lot of people do. If someone takes the time to create or try something, I can only applaud them for their effort.

It's a shame, but anonymity brings the worst out of people.
 
Shocked to hear of Hulk Hogan’s passing. 71 isn’t that old, and while I wasn’t a big fan, I can’t deny his influence on professional wrestling.
 
Deathcore seems to be one of those subgenres that most Metal fans constantly dogpile on (just like Nu, Rap, Groove and Metalcore).

I don't like Deathcore as much as Death Metal either, but there is some decent stuff if you dig deep enough.
 
^ The metal community would be so much better if there weren't any gatekeeping elitists. I'm proud to be a fan of nu metal!

Apparently Avenged Sevenfold is considered deathcore, and they're one of my all-time favorite artists. I'd love to explore the subgenre, though!
 
I still have access to my Sputnikmusic account that I made seven years ago (even though I wasn't very active on that website). The registration button has been broken for awhile now, so nobody new can join. That's where my old account comes in handy in case I want to return and rate and/or review music and make lists. I wanted to change my username, but apparently that's broken, too!

There's probably not much reason to return though, seeing how that website looks like it's on its last legs now.

I checked and it's still there, at least for me! I can't remember if it was yesterday or Wednesday, but the videos were acting weird for me and all the different size options kept disappearing. I think maybe they were having technical difficulties?
 
I've been hankering for some zebra cakes for the longest now, and I finally had a chance to buy some yesterday. I also grabbed a box of oatmeal creme pies, too, because those are some of my favorites as well. I have to go to another town to get some of the things I like, but fortunately it's only a bus ride away, so it makes for a nice trip.

I'm glad those still taste just as good as I remember. But I can't say the same about Ritz Bitz cheese crackers. They tasted great as a kid, but now they taste bland. Same thing with Kit Kat. At least to me.

Also, at the market, I saw Hershey chocolate Twizzlers 👀 wtf even is that combination, lol. And apparently, blueberry pie Oreos are back by popular demand.
