Same, I've been playing every day just to grind neons because I have too many pets.

I currently have 82 neons but I got most of them from trading.

Oh my god another adopt me player in the wild- I only have a few neons lol, I mostly grind just to get my favourite pets like the frogs and reptile pets... and to make money for the valentines and lunar event...

damn you're rich with that number of neons though O_O

I bought Warriors Orochi 4 and didn't realise that my favourite Dynasty Warriors character (Guo Jia) doesn't unlock until the final chapter of the game. I wanted to play the game as him!

I'm tempted to drop Final Fantasy IX. I'm not as much of a fan of the soundtrack compared to other games in the series and nothing about it really grips me. It's just... fine.

Had a dream where I was playing Ace Combat 4(?) with a Wiimote on motion controls. I ended up crashing trying to destroy the last ground target of the mission because of the crappy controls.

I think I’d really like being a streamer, but my living situation and crazy work hours would be in the way. Not for the chance to make money or anything, just as a fun hobby to give people someone calm and fun to hang out with.

Maybe a few challenges, a few random games, the occasional animal crossing game hosted on my island for subscribers where they compete in the island-sized board game for prizes while the chat bets on the winner…

I'm... honestly not sure either. I just play Adopt Me nowadays because I like making houses and grinding the pets I think look cool.

Same. This is such a stupid feature IMO, since you couldn't see player messages outside your age group anyway then there's no reason for this. x_x It's also made trading on Adopt Me (and other games, I'd assume) much harder, I just gave up with trading servers at this point.

Ditto with the trading servers thing, I just wish and pray with most trades unless if it's with my friends or family. (the latter literally being right next to me irl) The lock thingies in the chat feel like ragebait at this point....

I’m going through my backlog surprisingly quickly. This year alone I’ve finished around 18 games while also finishing over a dozen books. At this rate I should get through all of them within two years.

The new Switch 2 joy-con colours are pretty, but given you only see a ring of colour around the joystick it also feels pointless.

I think that they are nice but not something I would choose to get. Now if the neon pink and green returns then I would grab a pair for back up.

I'm quite surprised by the number of people who don't know the franchise, but far less so than people who don't know of legend of zelda. A while back in art class, I did fanart of professor layton for a hobbies assignment, and literally no one in the class of around 20 students knew who it was, as well as other friends of mine who aren't in art. I was shocked, but what really got me was when I started an etching of LoZ, only one person was familiar with the series and another vaguely knew of it. Idk if gaming just isn't particularly popular in my class, perhaps? I've only been there since the start of the school year back in aug/sept, so maybe. I just thought it was kind of strange

I somehow completely missed the announcement and launch of Warriors Abyss, discovering it a year after release. £12 on sale. Tempting.

Found out recently about a new Castlevania coming out called Castlevania: Belmont's Curse. I guess it's set 23 years after the events of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. In any case, I'm stoked!!

edit: Well, as if that isn't enough good news, they're also coming out w/ Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement later this year! AWESOME!!!!

Years ago, I thought Klonoa was like some obscure Sonic character until I found out that it is a completely different game series (also the Pacman reference in his cap probably helped in that realization).

(Klonoa 2's design for Klonoa looks like he came straight out of Sonic series ngl)
