Wow, lurking this thread. Do you require dreamie proof for Marshall? I don't know about him if he is a dreamie, but I know I love the squirrels and that I wish to have him in my town some day. Also, if I ever decided not to keep him, I would never sell (have enough bells anyway), but only trade for other dreamies or giveaway. If all this sounds fair, then:
