pirate theme or mermaid theme?

The mermaid set is beautiful but I like the pirate set more. I just want the pirate bandana out of everything to be honest.

Definitely the Pirate theme for me. I'm glad that both of the sets they added in this update are actually awesome. It's kind of a shame that we can't customize the furniture though.
be careful... i think pascal only gives you the dresses once.

Pirate feels a lot more natural and not over the top, the mermaids one freaks me out.. but I did use the chair and table for the outdoor setup near Diana’s house and I use the rag in my house, other than that the others are way too over the top.
Plus a little weird but I feel like the pirate theme is mainly for guys and the mermaid are more for gals since... the mermaid stuffs dont have any clothes for guys, that aside tho the pirate theme does have a dress for gals too but still I feel like its aimed more for guys to balance it out and not make us dudes feel left out with the mermaid set hahah.

I wish we could customise the mermaid furniture, I like the design of it but it's hard to make it co-ordinate if you don't have a cute pink theme. I think I'll get more use out of the pirate items.
