i want it to have a scarf like my mayor has...

Could you do a short sleeved shirt like Shaymin? Like the flower as a bow-tie, the fur as a coat type thing with no buttons, but the bow-tie holds it up at the top and shaymin's face on a t-shirt under the coat please?? Could you also put it in my able-sisters so my villagers can wear it please??? Thanks
