One of the 27th ones are in the evening for me, but it should be fine anyway.
Uhh only problem is, I'm not sure how to differentiate which egg is which in my inventory, would the latest one be at the top or??

Hide all but the "bottom" egg. That should be the newest one.

it can be a bit random, but since its your newest pika it would usually be at top or bottom of the list in your shop inventory. you could hide one, refresh, and then check your homepage shop display...
